POLICE are appealing to the public in a bid to locate a wanted man with links to Flintshire.
North Wales Police's North Flintshire team issued the appeal on Tuesday morning (November 5).
A spokesperson said: "Have you seen Phillip Mills?
"The 36-year-old, who has links to Flintshire is wanted on warrant.
"Sightings or info about his whereabouts can be made via the website, or by calling 101, quoting reference 24000865862."
