THE THRILL-SEEKING life of Wrexham mum-turned-stuntwoman is set to be told on the big screen, with casting getting underway next year.
Laura O'Donnell is best known for being a stuntwoman - a role which has taken her all around the world meeting the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Leonardo DiCaprio along the way.
Laura, from Cefn Mawr, is also a beauty queen, businesswoman and counsellor, as well as being mother to her five children; Shannon, Malachy, Felicity, Harvey, and Blake.
During her journey to date, Laura has amassed more than 450,000 followers on Instagram.
And, alongside her children, the family regularly keep their 95,000 TikTok followers entertained with their antics.
'Extraordinary O'Donnells' as they're known, will be very glad to hear that their life story is set to be turned into a film very soon.
So, fans of theAccording to Laura, audiences can 'look forward to a delightful family-friendly comedy that delivers genuine laughs' when 'Stunt Mum' launches.
Directed and produced by Undisputed Films, the film will showcase 'family thrills' and 'fearless skills' from Laura, Blake, Felicity and Harvey in particular.

Sir Marco Robinson, who was a co-creator and producer of Netflix hit 'Legacy of Lies' is also on board with the project.
Speaking to the Leader, Laura said: "My children and I love to make each other laugh, and this film perfectly captures that spirit. Working together as a family has been an incredibly fun experience, and my kids are exceptionally talented. It’s wonderful to create a film that everyone can enjoy together!"
"Our passion for performing stunts and acting over the past decade sparked the idea to create this movie. I’ve had conversations with some of my favourite actors and actresses who believe this concept has the potential to be hilarious, so we decided to go for it.
"While we know it won’t be an easy journey, we truly love what we do. We’re excited to have Sir Marco Robinson on board to help bring this project to life. With an incredible team of screenwriters, producers, and directors, this is definitely a film you won’t want to miss!"
Laura added: "We plan to begin casting next year. Living in one of the most beautiful places in the world, we want to keep the filming location in Wales and provide opportunities for local talent to get involved.
"We aim to start casting around April next year, and there’s already been a lot of interest. Who knows, with Ryan Reynolds supporting Wrexham Football Club, he might even consider a role to help promote the Welsh film industry!

Talking about what's next for her for the rest of this year and heading into 2025, Laura said: "This year, I’m currently engaged in a project, although I can’t share too many details just yet. I can say it involves some big names, and I’ll be able to provide more information as the release date approaches.
"In addition to that, my children and I have been involved in several volunteer projects focused on supporting individuals with mental health issues, which has been incredibly rewarding. Our schedule is fully booked from now until the end of the year, and we’re excited about what’s ahead!"
