A WREXHAM charity announced that one of its cafes will be closing its doors temporarily.

The Nightingale House Hospice team run both the Regent Street Cafe and Caffi Cwtch (based at the hospice itself) in Wrexham.

However, the charity has now confirmed that the former will be closing for the time being as it aims to 'meet the evolving needs' of patients and customers.

It added that the Regent Shop will remain open however and staff from that cafe will be moved to the Caffi Cwtch site.

The charity said: "We have made the difficult decision to temporarily close the Regent Street Café from this week to ensure that we continue to meet the evolving needs of our patients and the community."

"We would like to apologise to our Regent Street Café regulars and we hope you will continue to support us by visiting Caffi Cwtch for your favourite meals and snacks."
