A MAIN road in Flintshire has been closed by police following a crash.
North Wales Police have confirmed the A5026 in Pentre Halkyn is closed near the onslip by Billy Jeans Cafe due to a road traffic collision.
Their is heavy traffic in the area and police are asking motorists to avoid the area and consider alternative routes.
A North Wales Police spokesperson said: "The A5026 in Pentre Halkyn, Holywell currently closed (next to the onslip near Billy Jeans Cafe and under the bridge near Springfield Hotel) due to a Road Traffic Collision.
"Please avoid the area and consider alternative routes on your travels."
