POLICE are looking to trace a wanted man who has links to North Wales.
Merseyside Police has launched an appeal regarding the whereabouts of John Dykes, 29 years, from Vauxhall.
Police said he has breached his licence conditions following his release after serving a sentence for drug dealing.
He is described as 5ft 9in tall, heavy build, short dark brown hair, hazel eyes, and has a scar on his right eyebrow.
Dykes frequents the areas of Anfield, Kirkdale, Aigburth and Liverpool city centre. He also has links to North Wales.
