A FORMER nightclub site in Wrexham has been listed on the property market.
Back in January, the Leader reported that the nightclub would be calling in administrators.
Its operator, Rekom UK, said it came about after an “extremely difficult” year for the late-night sector amid pressure from the cost-of-living crisis and surges in the costs of energy and goods.
In February, the nightclub closed down as much to the disappointment of its regular customers.
Now, the building has been listed on the property market at a price of £450,000 through Christie & Co - a leading specialist advisor for buying and selling businesses.

Christie & Co say that the property is 'offered with immediate vacant possession and is suitable for existing late night hospitality or alternate use, subject to planning'.
