ITV's life-saving 'Change + Check' is back for its sixth year, continuing its mission to raise awareness of breast cancer and encourage early detection.
To mark the milestone and to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the song 'Love is All Around', Lorraine has joined forces with Marti Pellow and the 'Change + Check' choir for a special rendition.
The new single, released on Monday, October 14 is now available to download here.
Last year's song 'Golden' by Joss Stone achieved top place in the download charts. So, this year, Lorraine has shared her voice for the very first time to perform alongside the original vocalist, Marti Pellow and the Change + Check choir, who are all brought together by finding their breast cancer after seeing the campaign on Lorraine.
Over 100 women and one man have contacted the Lorraine programme to say that they received their diagnosis because of the Change + Check campaign.
One of those women is Adele Mckeown from Buckley, Flintshire. Now officially discharged, Adele joined the choir almost five-years-ago after finding her cancer as a direct result of the campaign.
She said: "It started by placing stickers in changing rooms showing some of the lesser known symptoms.
"Our main aim is to just raise awareness and encourage women and men to know there normal and check for changes.
"Each year we try to have an event - We've climbed the 02, had our own hot air balloon one year and last year the girls released a single with Joss Stone (Golden).
"This time, Marti Pellow approached us and offered us 'Love is All Around' with all proceeds going to Future Dreams charity to be used for secondary breast cancer research. He is also donating £1 for every ticket of his stadium tour next year."
With October being Breast Cancer Awareness month, it has only been fitting that the campaign has featured on ITV's Lorraine every morning this week, with the choir singing this year's special on Monday with the host herself.
Lorraine Kelly, who says this campaign is one of the things she is most proud of in her 40 year career, said: “Every year the campaign has just got bigger and better.
"I honestly didn’t know how we were going to equal last year’s Number 1 single ‘Golden’ with Joss Stone, but our fantastic producer Helen Addis has done it again!"
Marti Pellow said: “I was so impressed with the choir. I loved the energy that they brought to the table for it and it was just fantastic to be a part of."

This November, the choir will go on to perform at the Royal Variety Performance in London, which will later be shown on primetime TV in December.
While originally sung by The Troggs, the song is more widely known now as the Wet Wet Wet version as featured in the film Four Weddings and a Funeral, with Marti as lead singer.
Lorraine’s Change + Check campaign encourages individuals to check themselves, and be aware of the signs and symptoms of breast cancer, encouraging them to seek medical advice if they notice any changes.
A thorough check demonstration can be found on the ITV Lorraine website.
