A WOMENSWEAR shop is closing in Wrexham city centre as the business moves online.
CiCi, based on Queen Street, opened its doors in February 2023 after Lisa Tudor, and her husband Craig, set up the business during the Covid lockdown.
The pair began designing and selling leggings - some of which had personal, empowering messages imprinted on them.
Their online business quickly grew - and they started offering a wider range of products. They acquired CiCi Haus at Park View Business Centre in Rhosnesni - which is where the online operation runs from.
The shop is closing its doors at the end of November as the business moves back to online only - with Click & Collect still available from CiCi Haus.
A CiCi spokesperson said: "We are extremely sad to announce that our high street store will soon be closing.
"As we move forward with our CiCi Active plans and the upcoming launch of our all new e-commerce store, we have made the difficult decision to close our physical CiCi Store in Wrexham town centre.

"This is both a business and personal decision to help us re-focus on long term growth through an improved and consistent product offering, new sales channels and an upgraded fulfilment service.
"Our online operations will move to CiCi Haus (situated on Park View Business Centre, Rhosnesni) with local click & collect still an option. Let’s be honest, we wouldn’t have got this far without you. We will also host regular pop-up stores and new collection launch events.
"Thank you all so much for your messages of concern and support."
Approximately 20 per cent of its existing stock will be moving across to the new e-commerce platform, with the rest now being end of line to make way for new styles, designs, colour ways and collections.
There will be a closing down clearance sale in the city centre shop which will be announced soon.
