A MAIN road in Wrexham will close for a two-week period to allow for essential resurfacing works to take place.
A stretch of Wrexham Road (B5433) in Brynteg will close from Wednesday, October 16 until October 29.
Motorists will be unable to access the road between the junctions of Daisy Road and Quarry Road between the hours of 9am and 3pm, with the exception of businesses and residents.
Overseeing the work on behalf of Wrexham Council is Lewis & Hunter Contracting Ltd from Ruthin.
A council spokesperson said: "Delays are likely in the area during this period. Noise will be kept to a minimum at all times.
"We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause."
