HILL STREET in Rhosllanerchrugog, Wrexham, will close for approximately one week to allow for essential resurfacing works to take place.
Scheduled to begin on October 18, the works overseen by Wrexham Council are expected to last for one week, excluding weekends.
The resurfacing works will take place from the Queens Street junction to the Gardden Road junction.
During this time, changes have been confirmed to Arriva bus services. They include;

Service 3 will terminate at Rhos and wait. It will not continue to Penycae.

Services 4A &4C will operate via Stryt Las omitting Rhos but serving the top of Penycae turning right at the Wheelwrights then serving Afoneitha estate on return, returning via Stryt Las.

During the closure, Gardden Road will not be served.

The road will be fully closed to motorists throughout. Diversions will be in place to ensure traffic flows smoothly which will be clearly signposted in the area.
Access for businesses and residents will be maintained throughout.
Work will be conducted from 8.30am until 4.30am, ensuring that noise is kept to a minimum during early and late hours, confirms Wrexham council.
