An Aldi colleague in Wrexham is celebrating her 30th work anniversary.

Tracey Allibone, a store assistant at the Wrexham store, began her Aldi journey in 1994.

She previously worked at another retailer before joining Aldi and has been a key part of the team ever since.

Ms Allibone has also contributed significantly to the supermarket's fundraising initiatives for the Teenage Cancer Trust, demonstrating her dedication to community service.

She said: "The best thing about working at Aldi has to be the people you work with, and meeting our amazing customers.

"Every day is different and brings new challenges."

As for her favourite Specialbuy, she said: "I love any of the gardening items, and always look forward to them arriving in the middle aisle."

Laura Domone, regional managing director at Aldi UK, said: "With around 45,000 colleagues in the UK, it's fair to say that people are our biggest and most brilliant asset at Aldi.

"Tracey is no exception, and her commitment to Aldi's values is testament to why we are loved by so many.

"We look forward to celebrating even more of her achievements in the coming years.

"As well as offering every colleague the job satisfaction they deserve, we invest in a whole range of fantastic training courses year after year, making sure all our colleagues love being a part of Team Aldi."
