FREE self-defence classes are being offered to women and girls in the Wrexham area.
Silent Hands Kung Fu martial arts club has confirmed they will be running basic self-defence training and awareness courses from their Wrexham club at St Mary’s Cathedral Church Hall on Regent Street.
The six-week course will begin on Tuesday, October 15 from 7pm until 9pm and is open to anyone aged 15 and over, regardless of ability or fitness level.

Residents have expressed a keen enthusiasm for the classes on social media, while many tagged friends and family members in the post who may be interested.
One individual said: "Oh now this sounds great. A fantastic addition to the classes already in the city."
