A WREXHAM-based lager brewery, the oldest in Great Britain, has announce it has secured a new listing across its lager and export range.
Wrexham Lager Beer Co has revealed the deal with major Scottish wholesaler, United Wholesale Grocers.
The listings will take effect from mid-October 2024, with the Wrexham Lager 440ml Export cans and Wrexham Lager 440ml cans being distributed to some Day-Today stores in Scotland, as well as supplied to independent retailers across the country.

The Wrexham Lager Beer Co has secured a long-term order agreement with United Wholesale Grocers and this marks the brand's official entry into the off-trade sector in Scotland as part of its ambitious expansion plan, further solidifying the brand's growing presence in the market.
Industry specialist James Wright was hired as CEO for The Wrexham Lager Beer Co celebrates his one-year anniversary with the brand this month, and since his appointment, the business has seen momentous growth across UK and international markets.
James said: "We are thrilled to secure our first wholesale partnership in Scotland. As another key market in our expansion strategy, this opportunity allows us to bring our rich brewing heritage and premium lager to a wider audience. We're delighted The Wrexham Lager Beer Co will be available to buy from stores which have been serving communities for decades.
