A FLINTSHIRE teen has followed in her brother's footsteps by making the final shortlist for an award in an established magazine.
Thirteen-year-old Ffion Pickstock, from Holywell, got into biking in lockdown, learning from her older brother Morgan.
Last year, Morgan won 'Newcomer of the Year' award in Mountain Biking UK's magazine.
This year, it's Ffion's turn to try for the prize after she made the top 10 for the award.
The award is out to a public vote, but you'll have to be quick, voting is open until Friday, October 11. Details about the vote can be found by clicking here.

Ffion's mum, Caroline Pickstock said: "Biking really is life for Ffi, she rides a mountain bike, dirt jumper and BMX.
"Ffion is incredibly honoured to be up for this award as her brother won the award last year.
"Ffion is one of the youngest in the category and is up against some huge names in the sport.
"She became the first girl ever to compete in Dirt Wars (a dirt jumping competition) last year at the Malverns Classic bike festival.
"She was also on Blue Peter last year showcasing BMX. Ffion has learnt to backflip her BMX into a foam pit and has big ambitions for the future."
