POLICE conducted speed checks in an area of Wrexham amid concerns by local residents.
North Wales Police's Wrexham City team said checks were completed in the Bryn Offa area on Tuesday afternoon.
A spokesperson said: "You asked we delivered, speed checks conducted in Bryn Offa this afternoon after concerned residents reported that people are speeding in the area.
"Thank you to everyone for sticking to the speed limit and please continue to do so.
"Also if you have any concerns in your area, please contact the neighbourhood policing team. Details can be found on the North Wales Police website."
