A ROAD closure in Wrexham city centre is in place due to emergency repairs.
As of yesterday (Thursday, October 3) Grove Road will close temporarily to all motorists and pedestrians for a maximum of five-days.
A spokesperson for Wrexham Council said: "We have been informed that Grove Road has been closed due to emergency gas works taking place.

"The repairs are being undertaken by Wales & West Utilities. Expected closure for maximum 5 days.
"Diversion route via A5152 Chester Road."
A reopening date will be confirmed by the council early next week.
