Liam Kane, aged 26 and of Berry Maud Lane in Shirley, Solihull, was sentenced for failing to cooperate with a preliminary roadside breath test, which took place at Chester Road in Mold. The court ordered him to pay a fine of £233 and handed down four penalty points. Kane must also pay £85 costs and a £93 victim surcharge.
Joe Oldfield, aged 36 and of no fixed abode, was sentenced for harassing Sophie Jade Knight at Southsea in September by approaching her and following her to her home address. He was also sentenced for possessing cannabis in Southsea. The court jailed him for eight weeks due to his "flagrant disregard for people and their property," as well as the fact that he had previous convictions against the same victim. A two-year restraining order was also issued. For the cannabis offence, the defendant was fined £80. He must pay £85 costs.

John Sylvester, aged 50 and of Wimblington Drive, Earley, was sentenced for exceeding a 50mph speed limit on the A494 between Garden City and Deeside Industrial Park Interchange. The court imposed a fine of £215 and three penalty points, which led to him being banned from driving for six months. The defendant must also pay £110 costs and an £86 victim surcharge.
Mark Derbyshire, aged 42 and of Strand Crescent, Holywell, was sentenced for exceeding a 40mph speed limit on the A541 at Pontblyddyn. He received a fine of £72 and three penalty points. The court also ordered him to pay a £28 victim surcharge.
Sam Hamilton, aged 20 and of Murrell Way, Sutton Grange in Shrewsbury, was sentenced for exceeding a 70mph speed limit on the A483 at Gresford. The court imposed six penalty points, as well as a £253 fine, £110 costs and £101 victim surcharge.
