LOGGERHEADS Country Park suffered heavy flooding during Monday's downpours.
The popular country park, near Mold, has closed its visitor centre and cafe today (Tuesday, October 1) due to the flooding.
The River Alyn runs through Loggerheads and burst its banks as heavy rain fell throughout Monday.
People are being urged to avoid the country park with river levels remaining high.
A Loggerheads spokesperson said: "Due to the heavy rain, Loggerheads Country Park is experiencing heavy flooding. The Visitor Centre and Caffi Florence are closed today and there is currently no access to the Tea Gardens.
"The river levels remain high and the water is flowing fast therefore some routes have been closed for safety.
"Please avoid the area at this time."

One member of the clean-up team from the Area of Outstanding National Beauty group at Loggerheads said: "As everyone knows this is a flood area - it was originally a mill after all and was built because of its easy access to the river.
"But we've had so much rain over the last 48 hours and it's come at just the wrong time, as the flood defence improvement work is at the stage where the existing defences are down.
"Fortunately the cafe has remained undamaged and the rooms around the old mill are treated as flood rooms anyway, so everything is kept off the ground.
"The water is already beginning to subside and everything should be open tomorrow we hope. But this water will flow down stream so there are still potentially problems coming for those in Mold - and possibly even down to Rossett."

A Denbighshire County Council spokesperson said: "The water has already receded, the cafe and Visitor centre will be able to open tomorrow and the footpaths will be open.
"Although the ranger team will be out inspecting the paths for any damage, additional care should be taken when walking in the park as the river levels are still high."
Five flood alerts remain in place in Flintshire and Wrexham in areas close to the River Alyn and River Dee.
