A NEW children's soft play centre expecting to open in Flint has confirmed it will now open early in 2025 following a slight delay.
Banana Ben's has been a huge success with children and parents in Wrexham's Central Retail Park since its opening in 2019, featuring a state-of-the-art play frame, a role play street, party rooms and a great cafe serving barista style coffee.
In June this year, the company confirmed a 'sister' branch would open in Flintshire's Retail Park in winter 2024.
A spokesperson has now said: "There has been a delay in us receiving the keys to the Flint site.
"With all the work that needs doing there, at the moment it is looking like a January 2025 opening."
Due to high demand, the new centre will host 'Arthurs Ability' sessions and feature roleplay rooms to engage young imaginations.

"We have been blown away by the incredible support and love for Banana Ben's Wrexham since we opened in 2019, and we are so excited to be announcing Banana Ben's Flint."
An exact opening date will be confirmed this winter.
