A DISCOUNT clothing outlet business based in Mold is expanding with the opening of its second store in Colwyn Bay just a few weeks away.
The Chainstore Outlet will open at the BayView Shopping Centre in the "next couple of weeks".
The business is owned by husband and wife Jamie and Sue Huxley, who have been trading in Mold for the last nine years.
Their expansion into Colwyn Bay is significant, given the number of businesses which have closed in the town in recent years - including Boots, Subway and high street banks Halifax and HSBC.

The Chainstore Outlet sells clothing "for all the family" at highly-discounted prices.
Its stock includes designer fashion brands like Calvin Klein and Ralph Lauren, as well as high street retailers including M&S, Peacocks, Laura Ashley and New Look.
"We are excited to open our new premises in Colwyn Bay - we will be open every day," Shannon Huxley told The Pioneer.
"We hope that we will get support from Colwyn Bay to make this business a success like Mold is."
