FLINTSHIRE Council Highways has confirmed a main road closure next month to allow for essential carriageway repairs.
The B5122 Road, from Caerwys Hill to Afonwen, will be closed to the public from Monday, October 7 until Friday, October 11.
Closure hours will be between 9am to 3pm. Outside these times the road will return back to two way traffic lights to allow for school bus and other traffic to be maintained.
The works during the full closure will include sidings, gulley maintenance, cutting back overhanging vegetation, sign cleansing and the programmed resurfacing/excavation works to the carriageway

Motorists should also expect delays during this time.
