NEXT WEEK marks the anniversary of one of Wrexham AFC's finest ever victories.
When it comes to the greatest Reds win of all time, many fans who remember it will say that it was the FA Cup win over Arsenal in 1992 that has stayed in the memory the longest.
However, there was another European night that this week marks its 40th anniversary which is also right up there for many others who are old enough to recall it.
Thursday (October 3) marks 40 years since Wrexham knocked Portuguese giant FC Porto out of the European Cup Winners Cup.
