A DENTAL practice in Wrexham has taken home one of the crowns from a prestigious awards do.
The prestigious Dentistry Awards took place on Friday, September 13 at The Athena in Leicester marking a celebration of excellence in dentistry.
But, despite the ominous date, it was certainly not an unlucky evening for Ruabon Road Dental Practice.
Celebrity dentist and Influencer Dr Milad Shadrooh, aka the singing dentist, co-hosted the ceremony, announcing Ruabon Road as winner in the 'Best Patient Care' category.

The awards are judged by an esteemed panel of industry professionals.
Clinical Director of Ruabon Road Dental Practice Dan Naylor received the award and said: “To be considered amongst so many impressive finalists is an honour.
"To be voted winner throughout Wales and the South West of England, comparing our independent operation with large corporate healthcare groups, city practices and exclusively private companies, fills us with immense pride.
"We are delighted that the judges recognised that delivering excellence in patient care is at the heart of every decision we make. Whilst a lot has changed since we opened the door to Ruabon Road Dental Practice in 1980 our core value of delivering exceptional care has been constant.
"We would like to dedicate our award to our patients for their unwavering support as this prize is as much theirs as it is ours."
