THE Griffin pub situated on High Street in Mold, Flintshire, has confirmed a new management team will be taking over.
Steve German is thrilled to be joining the popular high street local, with plans to introduce plenty of entertainment including Bingo nights, karaoke and live music.
"It's been very stressful trying to sort everything out, but we're thankfully now moving forward with our plans", he said.
Owned by Proper Pubs, the establishment is proud to be part of the Mold community. Regulars can also play for the pub's very own darts team.
The Griffin is also expecting an outdoor refurbishment in the near future, says Steve.
"The beer garden is set to have a full makeover with astroturfing and a general refurbishment. The pub may also have one in the future."
He added: "I'd like to say a huge thank you to all customers for their support. I've received a huge welcoming from them all."
Mark Brooke, managing director of Proper Pubs, said: "On behalf of myself and the whole team at Proper Pubs, we'd like to welcome our brand new operator, Steve German, to The Griffin in Mold.
