WREXHAM AFC co-chairmen Rob McEhlenney and Ryan Reynolds have reacted to a disappointing 3-1 loss against Birmingham City.
Despite suffering their first defeat of the new season, the Reds remain top of the League One table following yesterday's third away match (September 16).

The game was attended by many familiar faces. Joining Rob McElhenney was former American football player and Birmingham minority co-owner Tom Brady and ex-England international David Beckham.

Following the match, Ryan Reynolds shared his congratulations to the winning team on Instagram, stating: "Tough loss to a good club. Congrats Birmingham City FC, Tom Brady on the win. Lots of season yet to go.
"Up The Town. Now and forever."
Rob McElhenney also publicly congratulated Birmingham on their win. He said: "Great side that. Congrats. Thank you for the hospitality. Your fans and staff were class. See you in January. I'm guessing we'll both be ready..."
The two teams will go head-to-head once again at the Racecourse in January 2025.

Wrexham will welcome Crawley Town to the Stok Cae Ras this Saturday, September 21. Kick-off at 3pm.
