A WREXHAM venue seemed to have recruited a football legend to its staff ranks over the weekend.
Bryan Robson was in town over the weekend to take part in an event in aid of a charity set up in memory of a 10-year-old who lost her brave fight with a brain tumour.
The Maesgwyn Hall event was held in aid of the Unbeatable Eva Foundation.
The charity was set up in memory of Eva Grace Williams - who tragically died in 2021 from diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG).
The "kind and caring" girl, from Marford, inspired thousands of people to support fundraising efforts to treat her.

And while that event drew in a 'full house' according to the Maesgwyn Hall team, Robson was also spotted at another Wrexham venue that night.
The team over at the Hill Street sports bar shared a pic of the legendary midfielder pulling a pint behind the bar.
They joked that he had been 'drafted in as a new member of the team'.

In his prime, Robson was regarded as one of the best players in the game.
He starred for West Brom, Manchester United and Middlesbrough and earned 90 caps for England, becoming one of his nation's greatest ever players.
