Many people were dealt with by Wrexham and Mold Magistrates Courts on Wednesday and Thursday

Julie Massey, aged 62 and of Llys Raddington in Flint, was sentenced for harassment without violence. The charge stated she harassed Graham Davies and Emma Roberts in that she "sent numerous letters, messages and made countless phone calls" between December 2, 2022, and May 29 this year. The defendant was fined £200 for the offence and made the subject of a five year restraining order. She must also pay £85 costs and an £80 victim surcharge.

Catherine Powell, aged 48 and of Wyche Avenue in Nantwich, was sentenced for two offences of drug-driving in Flintshire (cannabis and benzoylecgonine). The court banned her from driving for a total of 20 months and fined her £250 for each offence. She must also pay a £200 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Luckasz Figiel, aged 22 and of Y Dreflan, Maes Pennant, was sentenced for possession of cannabis and failing to provide a specimen for analysis. The court imposed a 12 month community order with 125 hours of unpaid work. Figiel was banned from driving for 20 months and must pay £85 costs, as well as a £114 victim surcharge.

Andrew Price, aged 33 and of Benjamin Road in Wrexham, was sentenced for theft from a shop. He was ordered to pay £8 compensation and a £100 fine, as well as £85 costs.

Carly Griffiths, aged 34 and of City Coad in Chester, was sentenced for two offences of theft from shop. She must pay two fines of £50 and compensation of £71.39, as well as £85 costs.

John Peake, aged 42 and of Pont Wen in Caia Park was sentenced for two thefts from shop and possession of heroin. He was fined £100 for the drugs offence and £50 for each theft. The court ordered him to pay £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
