POLICE in Wrexham have dealt with over 200 incidents during the last week, the force has revealed.

North Wales Police officers have been kept on their toes in the city with 222 occurrences responded to in total.

From those incidents, 33 arrests were made, NWP have confirmed.

Arrests made included; criminal damage, handling stolen goods, assault, shoplifting, drunk and disorderly, wounding and more.

NWP Wrexham Town are also looking for possible witnesses to two incidents.

A burglary was reported at Tapley Avenue on September 11. If you have any information please contact NWP quoting - 24000784891.

Also overnight on September 11, police received a report of a possible burglary on Garner Road in Wrexham. If you have any information please call quoting Q137976.

Commenting on what else the team has been up to this week, NWP Wrexham Town added: "This week has been a varied week of activities, events and incidents attended.

"Local Neighbourhood Policing Officers have attended events in Bellevue Park, Eagles Meadow, assisted with the Royal Welsh Fusilier March, worked Wrexham v Salford City and officers from across North Wales , BTP, West Mercia and South Wales attended the Wrexham v Shrewsbury game."
