The application, partly retrospective, concerns a public house located at 34-35 High Street.
Residents can view the proposal on Wrexham County Borough Council's website or by making an appointment at Contact Wrexham, Guildhall.
Anyone wishing to comment on the plans must do so by October 9.

The council has stated it welcomes correspondence in Welsh and will respond in Welsh without causing any delays.
