The company came into existence in 2018 as Loka Polly, after Sean had grown weary of running a cask-led brewery with his previous operation, Black Brook Beer Co.
The success of Polly's has been phenomenal ever since, and customers have already expressed their excitement on social media following the taproom announcement.
An exact opening date and location is to be confirmed, with updates on the process to follow soon.
