Around 11,000 attendees enjoyed factory tours of A320, A330 and A350, as well as visiting the Beluga and Beluga line station.
There was also a range of entertainment, including a fun fair, street entertainment and birds of prey.
The highlight of the day was a air display featuring a flypast for the A350 and the Beluga takeoff.
Some Flintshire residents were alarmed as they saw the A350 flying so low over the county - but all was in order.
And number of fighter aircraft which attended the event, including the legendary Second World War Spitfire, P51D Mustang and Hurricane, as well as modern aircraft such as Strikemasters and Hawks.
Chocks Away Diner, based at Hawarden Airport, said on Facebook: "What a day, where do we start. Thank you so much to everyone who came down to watch the fly by and display. What a great afternoon, thank you all so much for your customer and such a great day."
