A MAIN road in Wrexham is closed daily for the next couple of weeks as resurfacing works take place.
Wrexham Council has said the A528 at Overton is closed between 8am and 5pm daily until September 25.
The closure is in effect from the road's junction with the B5069 to its junction for Knolton Bryn.
The alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure is via A528, Overton, A539 via Penley, A525 Eglwys Cross, Redbrook Maelor, A495 Ellesmere Road via Bronington, Welshhampton and Ellesmere and A528 Grange Road, which will be signposted accordingly. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.
