WELCOME to Wrexham has won three creative Emmys at this year's awards ceremony.
The docu-series showcasing the highs and lows of north Wales football club Wrexham AFC has made an impressive sweep at the 2024 Creative Arts Emmy Awards.

The four major wins include Best Unstructured Reality Program, Picture Editing and Sound Mixing.
Co-chairmen Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney took over the professional club in 2020, which has since achieved back-to-back promotions taking them from the National League to EFL League One.
In January this year, the series won five Primetime Emmy Awards, including Best Unstructured Reality Program, Best Directing, Cinematography, Picture Editing and Sound Mixing for a reality show.

The Creative Emmys are split into two ceremonies, with the first being held on Saturday, September 7 and the second to be shown this evening focusing on scripted content categories (September 8).
The series has captured fans hearts, not just in Wrexham but across the globe with a surge in international fans proudly supporting the Red Dragons.
It premiered in August 2022 with the third series airing earlier this summer. Series 4 has been confirmed for streaming platforms Hulu and Disney Plus.
