BUS services via Wrexham Maelor Hospital are diverting due to ongoing roadworks there.
A one-way road closure is in effect on Croesnewydd Road outside the hospital until November. The closure has been causing "mayhem" for hospital staff and patients, and Betsi Cadwaladr Univversity Health Board has issued a plea for people to allow more time when using the hospital.
Arriva bus services 12, 14, 11, 21H and 27 via the hospital are being diverted from today (September 6) as a result of the road closure.
A spokesperson for the company said: "We have tried two different diversions to alleviate the pressure of the additional congestion that has been caused in the area of the works, but unfortunately it is impacting service delivery across the whole of the Wrexham network due to how services are linked."
