A UNIQUE house in North Wales has just come on the market that could be the "Most Magical Place on Earth" for one new homeowner.
From the outside, the semi-detached property in Clifton Park Road, Rhyl, listed by Rhyl-based Elwy, looks like any other in the street.
But once inside, visitors find themselves in a "Magical Kingdom" with rooms decorated to celebrate a love of Disney.
The living room walls are decorated with murals inspired by the animated film Aladdin, adorned with the popular characters Aladdin, Princess Jasmine, Iago the parrot, Abu the monkey, Rajah the tiger, and, of course, the bright blue Genie, voiced in the original film by the late Robin Williams.
The master bedroom is Lilo and Stitch meets Wreck it Ralph in Sugar Rush - it even has candy floss clouds on the ceiling!
Another bedroom features characters from the Lion King as well as classic characters like Mickey Mouse.
Arguably the most striking room is the front reception, which is themed as Ministry of Magic versus Disney Villains. There are images of Jafar, Ursula, the Evil Queen from Snow White, and an eye-catching fireplace which is a replica of the one in the Ministry of Magic featured in the Harry Potter series of films.
Even the stairs and kitchen are Disney themed!
And, outside, there are more surprises, notably a a mural showcasing 1980s pop culture. It features ET, He-Man and She-Ra, as well as characters from Star Wars, Transformers, and the Muppets.
The three-bedroom home, located in a sought-after area of Rhyl, is on the market for £179,950.
It is sure to be somebody's Happy Ever After!
