A "STUNNING" bar and restaurant in Wrexham is on the market. 

The Shippon at the Plassey has been put up for sale with Hart & Co. The lease is available with a £40,000 deposit. 

The site was last in use as the Blk Sheep Bar and Grill, under the management of the Three Eagles owners. The restaurant has been out of use since closing in 2022, but is now back on the market. 

Based at the Plassey Leisure and Holiday Park, the Shippon can hold around 100 covers within it's main restaurant and also boasts a separate function area upstairs. 

Hart & Co say that the venue has recently undergone a "stylish" refurbishment and describe it as a "fantastic opportunity" for operators.
