North Wales Police's Wrexham Rural team said: "In Wrexham and surrounding villages, parking on pavements can cause significant problems for pedestrians, particularly those with disabilities, parents with prams, and the elderly.
"The Law: Parking on pavements can lead to fines if it causes an obstruction. Anyone found to be parking in a manner that causes an obstruction or difficulty for other road users be they drivers, riders or pedestrians may find themselves the recipient of a fine through the post."
They added: "Be considerate: When parking, please think about the impact on others. Leave enough space for pedestrians to pass safely.
"Avoid fines and inconvenience: Park responsibly to help keep our streets safe and accessible for everyone."
