Three new planning applications have been submitted to Wrexham County Borough Council.
The first is for 55 Hope Street for internal alterations including new electric panel heaters and distribution board.
The second, for 24-28 Regent Street is asking to replace an external air handling unit to the first floor flat roof.

The final application wants to install replacement doors and windows at Dyfrdwy Cottage, 17 Wynnstay Court.
These applications were revealed on the Public Notice Portal.
The public can share their views by emailing: planning_admin@wrexham.gov.uk or writing to Wrexham County Borough Council, Guildhall, Wrexham, LL11 1AY before September 25.
