The Trevor Arms Hotel in Marford, Wrexham, has lodged a planning application for internal and external alterations.
The pub and hotel currently temporarily closed, have submitted an application to Wrexham County Borough Council.
This application was revealed on the Public Notice Portal and locals are invited to comment on the proposals before September 25.
Despite closure on July 12, owners Star Pubs confirmed investment plans for Trevor Arms, envisioning an ambitious new venture with a fresh leaseholder.
