AN award-winning author is set for a night of 'crime and wine' during a visit to Flintshire.

Crime writer Chris Whitaker will be joining The Mold Bookshop in Mold Library for an evening to talk about his latest bestseller, All The Colours Of The Dark.

A missing person mystery, a serial killer thriller and a love story all unfolding on an epic canvas, All The Colours Of The Dark has been chosen as the first title to be discussed on BBC Two's autumn series of Between The Covers.
