WREXHAM retail park Island Green has announced it is in discussion with several retailers potentially looking to open at the site.
Almost one-year since discount retailer Wilko fell into administration, the building situated in Island Green remains vacant.
The Wrexham store sadly closed on September 19, 2023. Now, a spokesperson for Island Green has confirmed there may be plans for the unit and several others in the near future.

The financial impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the cost of living crisis were both cited as contributory factors in Wilko entering administration.
Formerly managed by Euros Car Parks, Island Green where Wilko was based was taken over by Focus Estate Fund in February this year.
The company has said it will confirm any future retailers set to join the park at the earliest opportunity.
