PUBLIC car parks in Llangollen, Rhyl and Prestatyn have seen the most parking fines issued in the last two-and-a-half years, a Freedom of Information (FOI) request has found.
And top of the list is a public car park in Llangollen.
An FOI request was made to Denbighshire County Council, asking the local authority to disclose the number of fines/penalty charge notices (PCNs) issued at all of the car parks it operates since the start of 2022.
Top of the list was Llangollen’s Market Street car park, followed by those in Rhyl on Water Street and at the Sky Tower on West Parade.
