Commencing from September 6, the disruption is expected to last for 11 working days.

However, a grace period of up to 18 months has been allocated should complications arise.

An alternative route will be in place via the A541 Mold Road, Old Mold Road, Griffiths Road, and Summerhill Road, which will be signposted for diversions.

The council has also confirmed that pedestrian access will be unaffected throughout the works.

Lewis & Hunter, the appointed contractor, will perform the resurfacing on the council's behalf.
