A NORTH Wales Fire Service was called to a vehicle fire in a Wrexham village.
Johnstown Fire Station was called to the incident in Ruabon during the early hours of Wednesday morning (August 21).
A spokesperson for the Johnstown Station said: "The fire is thought to have been started deliberately.
"Deliberate fires are a serious crime and will be dealt with by the full force of the law."
A spokesperson for North Wales Police said: “At around 12.20am on Wednesday, August 21st, we were made aware by North Wales Fire and Rescue Service of a report of two vehicle fires a short distance apart in Ruabon.
“The fires are believed to have been deliberate.
“Investigations are ongoing into the incidents and anyone with information is asked to contact us on 101, or via our website, using reference Q125540.”
