A TOY hospital is opening up next week, to help save damaged or broken toys.
Families are invited to bring their toys in need of some TLC, to Wrexham Library on Friday, August 30, where the toy hospital will be taking place between 10.30am-12.30pm.
Volunteers from the Wrexham Repair Cafe (which takes place in Yellow & Blue on the last Saturday of the month) will be making a special appearance at the library, to make repairs to teddy bears that have had their fur hugged off, broken electrical toys or games that have become damaged.

All repairs are completed free of charge, saving families money and preventing toys from going into landfill. There will be lots of great books to browse and a craft activity to keep children entertained. No need to book - just bring your toy along and the team will fix it if they can.
For details of all of the community repair cafes that regularly take place in North East Wales, check out the list below. All repair cafe events are free and open to everyone. Typical repairs carried out by volunteers at our monthly repair cafes include small household electricals, clothes, bicycles, mobile phones and laptops.
