MEET the ambitious six-year-old girl reaching for the stars with a career dreams of modelling and professional football.
Lyla Sailes from Wrexham lives in Hope with her proud family, including mum, dad and young brother Arthur.
Not afraid to express her dreams and hopes for the future, she has made it very clear that she enjoys modelling and football - both of which have given her an abundance of confidence.
It all started when mum Cara-Louise Sailes took her daughter for a casting just before her second birthday due to friends, relatives and strangers commenting on her bright blonde hair and blue eye photogenic appearance.
Lyla responded well, but the family decided that it was too early and it was important for her to make her own decisions. And then, Covid-19 delayed her progress even further.
Now aged six, Lyla loves to perform and is a dedicated Morris dancer. She is confidently learning to play piano and loves playing football for Brymbo YFC.
Mum Cara said: "She is a very active girl and loves being in front of the camera. We have just had her first portfolio made and she has been offered to go on the books of Scallywags Modelling Agency.
"We have applied to four different agencies so we’re just waiting to hear back before making the best decision for Lyla.
"The dream is all Lyla’s, she would love to model in catalogues, magazines and eventually be on TV adverts. We support her every step of the way."
The family has recently appealed to local businesses to work with Lyla during her early career as they believe in the importance of supporting local.

Currently, Lyla's modelling is primarily a hobby as she maintains that she would also love to be a footballer and play for Wrexham AFC just like her favourite player, Lili Jones.
Cara adds: "She would be more than happy if the modelling became a full-time career for her."
Lyla tells us that she wants to save her money so she can buy herself a house when she’s older.
"My favourite part is getting dressed up and doing different poses in front of the camera. It makes me feel happy, beautiful and confident", she says.
