AN INDEPENDENT beauty and aesthetics salon has secured an impressive award.
Emma Scott, a talented Aesthetics and Skin Practitioner based in Hanmer, has recently been honoured at the esteemed The Leading Aesthetics Awards in the UK.
Competing against top-tier practitioners from across the country, Emma secured an impressive 2nd place in her category.
The event, known for recognising excellence and innovation in the aesthetics industry, was held at The Drum, Wembley in London. Emma’s achievement stands as a testament to the high standards of expertise and dedication brought to her work.
Emma launched the business in 2019 before closing again due to Covid-19. Once she was able to trade properly, the business has gone from strength to strength, offering many more treatments.
She has recently invested in a state of the art laser machine to offer laser hair, tattoo and skin blemish removal, in addition to anti-ageing and skin treatments.
She said: “I am thrilled to have been recognised at such a prestigious event.
“It’s an honour to represent the local area and to be acknowledged among the best in the industry.
"The clinic itself is unusual as its located on a family farm so it's lovely and discreet. My clients absolutely love it."
