A community theatre company, which is bringing its legendary pantomime to Wrexham, has issued a call out for talent.
Tip Top Productions, due to perform at Storyhouse and Theatr Clwyd this year, has announced several roles are open ahead of their long-awaited return.
Earlier this year, they confirmed it will be staging five performances of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
Planned performances are from December 5 to 7 at the William Aston Hall at Wrexham University.
The adult cast is set, but now producers have turn their sights to children to take on the iconic roles of the Seven Dwarfs.
Auditions for Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs are due at Tip Top's Park Street Studio in Wrexham, 2 pm on September 1.
Candidates must be available for rehearsals from early October.
They must be able to sing, dance, and reproduce scripted dialogues.
Parents and guardians note: one of the performances, on December 5 at 10 am, is during school hours.
Children cast need permission from their headteachers.
Apart from casting dwarfs, separate auditions for dancers (aged 18 and older) will be at 2 pm on September 8.
Peter Swingler OBE, the show's writer and director, said: "Snow White is now looking for her seven little friends to join her at Wrexham’s William Aston Hall for five performances from Thursday 5th December.
"If your child is interested in trying out for one of the parts then please register interest using the email address below.
"We're also auditioning for dancers age 18+ so there are a number of opportunities to get involved.
"Rehearsals will take place at our studio in Wrexham from early October and occasionally, we may rehearse in Chester.
"A full rehearsal schedule will be issued.
"We are very much looking forward to beginning rehearsals for what will be our first Pantomime for a number of years, we can't wait to get started".
