YOUTHS stealing alcohol are among the issues officers in North Flintshire will be tackling in the coming days, it has been confirmed.
In the team's usual daily review, released at around 8am on Tuesday, North Flintshire Police confirmed 54 calls for service had been received in the preceding 24 hours.
Of those, seven were priority zero (attended on lights and sirens).
And of the total 54 calls, one related to a domestic incident, five related to concern for safety incidents and eight related to anti-social behaviour.
It comes after the team received 130 calls for assistance over the weekend.
A spokesman for the team said: "[There were] no incidents expected to cause any community impact overnight.
"Some sticky fingered individuals have been shoplifting from retail premises across the district.
"We'll be working with stores that are being particularly targeted.
"Some youngsters have been stealing alcohol; some who regularly visit the store with their parents when they're not stealing.
"That's going to get a bit awkward."
