POLICE in Flintshire received more than 100 calls over the weekend, it has been confirmed.

As part of its regular roundup of policing activity, the Flintshire North police team confirmed that from 5pm on Friday through to the end of the weekend, there were 130 calls for assistance.

Of those, 28 were classified priority zero (lights and sirens response.)

A spokesman confirmed that of the total 130, 12 related to domestic incidents, two related to concern for safety incidents and seven were in relation to anti-social behaviour.

PCSOs will be out and about today, visiting community hubs, the spokesman added.
